If however, you are having issues with your machine, like thread breaking, skipped stitches or thread bunching, give us a call. Often times we are able to do a "counter repair" and get you back to sewing sooner, sometimes even that day. If your machine is working fine, but simply needs it's annual tune-up, you can take advantage of online appointment booking, the newest feature of our web site.
