Join us in January for this simple garment class where we'll be making a t-shirt over three sessions. This t-shirt has cap sleeves and a scoop neck. It's fitted at the shoulders and falls into a more relaxed fit below the bust. The Scout is perfect on its own for spring and summer or a great layering piece under blazers and cardigans the rest of the year!
The pattern is available in sizes 0-18 or 14-32 with the larger sizes having bust darts. We can lengthen or short the top length, but will generally not modify the pattern. Once purchased, you will receive an e-mail with a PDF download of the sizing chart to purchase fabrics.
Suggested Fabrics: Light to medium weight such as coton, chambray, or wool crepe. Extra fabric may be needed to match plaids, stripes, or one way print designs.
What to Bring:
We have some supplies available for use or purchase if you don't currently have them or forgot yours at home. If you would like to trace your pattern, tracing paper will be provided and Swedish tracing paper (longer lasting) will be available for purchase as well.
We will have free water, coffee, and soda, but feel free to bring a snack.
